“Why should I buy from your store?” is possibly the most asked  question made before a person considering a purchase asks, even though the store owner rarely hears this often silent request.  You may have noticed that I used the word PERSON, not customer.  

People want to know their expectations are being met or exceeded and if they find out they have been betrayed, that will be the last time a merchant will see that person.

I have been boating for 37 years and my goal is to get you the right rope for your boat.  If you have a rowboat that you use on a small calm lake a few times a season, you certainly don’t need the same high strength line an ocean sailor needs and I won’t try to sell it to you. 

By the way, all the rope we sell is made by American manufacturers.

We take pride in the fact that the USA can produce the best products in the world at competitive prices and most importantly keep Americans at work.  We may live in a Global economy, but recent events have shown if our economy falters, so do others around the Globe.
